The one-hour training session provides detailed instruction of foundation Hardstyle Kettlebell exercises with cast iron kettlebells. These high-energy classes are designed for learning and practice. Safety and technique is top priority, while combining mobility and basic bodyweight training skills in a spirited team setting. Open to all fitness levels!

Bauhaus Brew Labs opens at 3pm on Friday, commencing The Liquid Zoo:

SATURDAY: ALL-DAY MUSIC FESTIVAL
Bauhaus will continue the party in the front parking lot with a stellar mix of local and national music acts:

SUNDAY: BACKYARD BOOMBOX PARTY
The weekend wraps up on May 18th with Day 3 of the Made By Hands Art Market. The local legends at Backyard Boombox will be bringing the beats all day with a stellar lineup of DJs, while Animales closes out their weekend with an array of delectable eats, alongside Hopper's Mini Donuts.

GOOD EATS: Local culinary favorites, Parlour Bar and Caja Fried Chicken (by Brasa) will be serving up a selection of their signature dishes on Friday and Saturday. Hopper’s Mini Donuts and the critically-acclaimed Animales BBQ will be dishing fan favorites for all 3 days.
CRAFT BREWS: Multiple beverage stations will keep your favorite brews easy to find and quick to get your hands on all weekend long.
ART GALORE: Check out the talented people and artisan goods of Made By Hands on Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday. Vendors and makers of all trades will be selling paintings, prints, jewelry, woodworkings, knits, ceramics, vintage clothes, and more!

As much as Bauhaus loves your four-legged furry friends, the brewery asks that festival-goers keep pets at home to avoid the heat, crowds, and noise. The fun begins at 3pm on Friday 5/16 and goes until 6pm on Sunday 5/18.

MODERN CALLIGRAPHY FOR BEGINNERS
Join us at Bauhaus Brew Labs in Minneapolis, MN for pretty lettering! Whether you’re a stationery nerd, DIY Bride-to-be, or just a crafty individual, you’ll be introduced to modern calligraphy with a pointed dip pen and ink in this workshop. We will cover all the basics and prepare you to add those unique lettered details to your snail mail, wedding paper goods, home decor, and more! The perfect crafty night out!
Class includes 1.5 hours of instruction and demonstration, our beginner’s calligraphy kit (two nibs, black ink pot, 2 letter guides, tracing paper, and straight pen holder), and all materials to write on. Everything is yours to keep at the end of the workshop!
